Why do we use a knife and fork.


Why do we use a knife and fork?

Have you ever been embarrassed by the way you're eating? If you eat with a knife and fork you will show good manners, not get germs in your mouth and your hands will stay clean.



Hygiene
If you use a knife and fork you won’t get sick from the germs on your hands and they won’t get sticky and dirty. Well if you rush while washing hands you will still have germs in them. Like Germs when you cof into to them, dirty finger if you play outside on the field , or eating something and leaving on your hands.

Manners
If you eat with your hands in front of your friends parents they will get in barest by you. By the way your eat and they might not invite you to there house again. Then you might feel sad. And never ever put your fingers in your drink cause that is mixing food into your drink and when you drink out of it it will get you really sick never do that you will get a sore stomach.

Big pieces and small pieces
If you have big chunks of meat you might choke,Can’t swallow or it will get stuck in your throat. If you have meat in small pieces you won’t choke or swallow slow.’

So if you always use your knife and fork you won’t get embarrassed in front of everyone. And your hands won’t get dirty and greasy so you don’t always have to use your hands. And so you can keep clean.

Geometry - Glen Innes.


Directions to my house:

1. Turn right out of Pt England School and go east down to riverside ave.
2. Then keep on going east until you see a sign that says Riki road then you go down that road then you will see my house.

1. To get to Pt England school from my house you go left up to the riverside sign.
2. Then you go west down to Pt England road then you will see Pt England school in front of you

All about Seeds

My Favourite Weekend.

Last My mum brother and I went to Silvia Park and went there to get my mum's friends dress for my mum's wedding. All my cousin's came to see  and when they were here we went to sneaked for a Ice cream. When we came back Sammy and I went to a mini mouse store.

It Smelt really nice in the shop we were playing hide and seek around silvia park it was awesome I loved playing in the weekend.

My school camp.


Yesterday All the year fives and sixes had a school camp. My group is called the care takers and we are doing a dance for our camp concert. I am so excited that I am at camp t is very cool. Our song is called Trouble maker and we made heaps of cool moves.

My favourite thing about camp is the dinner there was nacho's, Chop Suey and rice with a Sausage sizzle. For our movie we watched Despicable me 2 it was an amazing movie but the movie didn't work. So we had little fashion show with our Pj's and then we went to bed.

What is the highest Wind Speed this week.

This week we are learning to see what the wind Speed was this week or last week. I found out that on the 23rd of February at night 
time at 6.00 was 26 km/h.

I conclude that at 12.00 at night the wind speed will be 11 km/h and at 12.00 in the afternoon will be 22 km/h.


The clearest graph to read is the one up the top because it's the easiest one to understand and so you can explain it properly.

The Graph that's in the middle is the one that I don't really understand because it has to many numbers and lines.

Sun Flowers


Today our reading and Writing class are learning about sun Flowers. My flower pot is fulled with soil. We had to put a little bit of water in it. I think my pot of soil will grow into a tall sun flower.
